Direct from Paris, it's the American debut of famed French DJ duo LOO & PLACIDO
Since 2001, this amazingly-talented duo have created over 200 mashup tracks and dropped some of the biggest dance floor bangers ever. In 2004, they were enlisted by MTV Europe to produce 18 exclusive mixes for their "MTV MASH" program, as well as creating a series of "mini-mashes" that blended MTV EUROPE MUSIC AWARDS nominees' tracks.
The duo have also been hosting their very popular weekly radio mix-show on France's top-rated NRJ Mastermix program for the past two years, as well as their own "Mash Mix" online podcast.
Most recently, their worldwide smash, "Horny As A Dandy" – which seamlessly blends Mousse T's "Horny" with Dandy Warhols' "Bohemian Like You" – saw its official release in Europe by the Peppermint Jam/Postiva label, and also appeared on the first, legally-sanctioned mashup album, "Mashed" (EMI). It was also nominated in the "Best Underground Dance Track" category at the 2007 Miami Winter Music Conference.
