Come enjoy some tasty vegetarian fare, a traditional Shaolin tea ceremony, meet Master Shi Yan Fan, experience some relaxing qigong (or chi gung) exercises, ask questions about traditional Shaolin kungfu, and/or just enjoy the company of other smiling souls for the afternoon!

Shaolin Temple Los Angeles is an excellent local re-
source for health, fitness, and relaxation. Offering
classes in Meditation, Chi Gong, Tai Chi, and Kung

increase energy, improve balance, reduce stress,
strengthen the immune system, tone muscles and

SHAOLIN TEMPLE LOS ANGELES, is the first official branch in the Los Angeles area of the famous Shaolin Temple at Songshan in
Henan Province, China. Master Shi Yan Fan, is a fully ordained 34th Generation Shaolin Warrior Monk and disciple of Abbot Shi
Yong Xin. He is also the first Westerner in the temple’s 1500-year history to receive Jieba, the official branding of a monk.
