Let us open ourselves to receive the vital creative life force that naturally wants to move through us.
Using expressive movement, yoga, TempleBody dance, drawing and creative writing we will connect with the essence and qualities of Bamboo through first hand experience:
Strength, integrity, flexibility, rooted ness, ability to withstand adversity, filled with spirit, life-force and grace.
No movement or arts experience necessary to join.
