Were you affected by the Writer's Strike? Did you lose your job, a job, your business, were you laid off or put out of work as a direct result of the Writer's Strike? Did you lose money, customers or business as a direct result of the Writer's Strike? Do you know people who were any of the above and are pissed about it? Do you hate how Unions can hold up the Progress of our country for their own selfish needs? Did it do anything for people not in their Union? NOPE!!!! The people striking LOST more than they will EVER make for the rest of their lives in being out of work for 4 months. The only one's who came out ahead are the people at the top of the Pyramid Scheme called Union! Did it make their writing any better? NOPE!!! I am sorry, but shows after the strike seem half assed, predictable and like no effort was put into any of the lines whatsoever!!!! I mean have you watched any of the shows since the Strike ended? I don't see how the actors can read these lines and not question what's written and deliver it the way they do. I think Jay Leno's Monologue was a lot better and got Genuine laughs rather than sympathy laughs as it gets with the writers back at work. And because of the Strike, a lot of what could have been great original shows that could have been on for a few years were just canceled, Great, get us hooked and then strike and cancel! And just keep the same lame ass crap shows that were .. droning on and on.

I was directly affected by the Writer's strike. I was scheduled to have my Jewelry on 2 Episodes of a New TV show and would have made between $10k to $20k. I was also scheduled for my Jewelry to be used in a movie for around the same amount of money if not more. The TV show was canceled and the movie was postponed and then moved to Canada. So I lost between $20,000 to a possible $40,000 and am not getting my name in the credits and as a direct result of this I am getting evicted on May 31st.

So, This Wednesday, May 14th, I am going to be protesting the Writer's Guild at Fairfax and 3rd in the Fairfax district. If you were affected or know people who were affected or are just pissed and wish to support me, I would appreciate people coming to march with me. You can just bring blank signs. If anyone has a megaphone I would appreciate the use of it. If there are people who just like to make noise, you can come and make noise as well!!! If you are reading this and don't want to protest with me but want to support me, you can drive by and honk or drop off a donation to help me get a new place to live. If you are not in the area and wish to help you can send me a donation to my Paypal at snakemannn@aol.com or by Cash, Check or Money order to me at:
