I'm looking for a conscious and cool roommate either male or female to share my beautiful 2 BR apartment on the 2nd floor with a wonderful western view and plenty of bright light. I would prefer local students or young professionals. More than 2 windows per room and hardwood floors throughout. There is some storage and closet space and I have all other furniture in the common areas. We have a peaceful yard with trees and grass along with community gas BBQ and patio area. Wonderful neighbors and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of street parking and a parking space (tandem) available for another $50. I will be showing all weekend. Rent is $1000 with a $1000 deposit.


A little about me:

I'm a younger professional male working for a new startup company that is building hydrogen electric vehicles and sometimes work alot. I have a passion for the environment and live consciously as much as possible, like recycling, non-toxic household products etc. Vegan/Veggie friendly, but I do eat some meat and willing to be accommodating for anyones needs.
