The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2-bathroom apartment on n. Cahuenga blvd in Hollywood.
The room for rent is $600 per month + $500 security deposit.
Utilities are $50 - $95 per person depending on if you want cable or not. This includes:
$25 for Internet, $5 for gas, $40 every two months for electricity ($20 per month) and
$35 for cable or $45 for cable with HD/DVR
The apartment is not really furnished in the living room, but YOUR room has its own bathroom with shower, and a nice sized closet.
**Bonus points to a prospective roommate who has either a couch, or an audio/video receiver for living room, or both. Living room features small couch, projector and speakers.
Kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The apartment has a balcony, there are four washers and four dryers downstairs, and we have 2 tandem parking spots in the garage (we park back to front)
I am 29, straight and have lived in LA my whole life. I DJ for a living, I produce music and I work at a Record Store, Golf Course and Specials Events DJ company.
I keep my place clean and I have no problem doing dishes or cleaning the kitchen, I just don't want to clean up after you.
Other important stuff:, I drink, I smoke a few cigarettes on the balcony and never inside, I have company over, I blaze (420 friendly) and I play music a lot, but am respectful.

I am looking for a roommate, male or female - it don't matter, that has a job, likes to have fun, cleans up after themselves, is 25 - late 30's years of age, AND DOES NOT DO ANY HARD DRUGS (you know what I mean). If you smoke cigarettes, just do it outside please.
