My friends just moved out of a huge, amazing, 3 BD 2 BTH Apt. in a super cool LA location & I want to take it over…forward this to any interested friends you know. 2 rooms are available. 1 person can rent out both rooms & use 1 as an office/therapy room or 2 people can rent out 1 room each depending.
Move in: July 1st (give or take a few days for cleaning)
Large, sunny rooms in very spacious Spanish style, 1920s home. Safe, clean, street with charming older homes. 1 room has private bathroom with shower and walk-in closet other room is bigger but has shared bathroom. House has hardwood floors, giant living room and dining area, wood burning fireplace, breakfast nook, washer/dryer, lots of storage and charming details.
I’m mellow, 31-year-old male, creative type, open minded, and well traveled. I do bodywork & massage, and am into holistic health, yoga, meditation, music, art, etc. I’m looking for like-minded, responsible, fun, creative & design conscious, quiet, clean, respectful and easy going roommate/s with steady income and a sense of humor. Not a party household, but I enjoy occasional small gatherings. Landlord is accessible and responsive. Street parking is easy, close & always available.
Apt. is in Miracle Mile, just off of La Brea and Olympic close to La Brea Bakery, Massimo's Mudspot coffee shop, Umami Burger, some great restaurants on Wilshire, Fairfax, & Pico (good sushi, Indian, Little Ethiopia, Sky Taco), LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, LA Fitness, various yoga & martial arts studios, El Rey Theater, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, The Grove.
