I have a VERY last minute, short-term sublet available @ my apartment in Santa Monica.
From May 19th to June 1st.
Rent: $336 (this amount has been pro-rated for the 2wk period) Also negotiable.
I'd love to enjoy these 2 weeks sans roommate, but I thought I'd try & help a bit with my roomie's upcoming lack of funds after traveling.
My roommate is traveling to Germany & her room is empty for 2 wks. This means furnished bedroom. You will have access to the private half bath that is attached to this bedroom. This bedroom also comes complete with a furry long-hair cat. You cannot be allergic to cats! He will sleep on the bed with you if allow (or sleep on a chair if not) & I'll be around to help feed & water him.
There is also the full bath that is shared with me. We have a lovely patio that is filled with lots of plants. This is a good place for you to smoke cigarettes in case you do. I cannot allow indoor smokers. You will use our parking permit for your vehicle.
I'd prefer to have a female stay here, but I will still consider a male if your cleaning & social habits are more advanced than a typical frat boy. I will not allow any parties or guests. If you like to party till 9am, that's fine with me, but you need to do it somewhere else.
