$300 Sublet Oct 8th - 20th in "Mariner's Village" - Marina Del Rey (Los Angeles)

I will be in the SF bay area from Tuesday Oct. 7th, through October 20th (Bioneers Conference), and would love to have someone occupying my room and contributing to rent. I recently moved into this location (two months ago), and so have very little "stuff" in the room. (Yes, I have a place in LA!)

There is a queen sized bed, two small square windows that create a nice airflow and illumination, moderating the temperature and light. The room is private, and part of an apartment that also has a loft, bedroom, kitchen (with dishwasher), bath, fireplace (gas - instant on, and timer).

There is a laundry room downstairs

The amenities include -
Hot tub
Sauna
Pool
Gym

There's also a small marketplace with a cafe/market, barber, and dry cleaners on the premises.

Two super cool roomates - one as a film director (male), the other a massage therapist (female).. you can look forward to good company when you want it, and privacy when that's your preference. The massage therapist (which I am as well), and I both travel often, so these opportunities may present themselves to you frequently.

If your timing requires more flexibility than the above dates, let us know and we may be able to accommodate by pro-rating your contribution to rent.
