1. You are ready to move in by the 1st of DEC
2. You have a paying job that can afford rent and bills no problem.
3. You get along with male and female roomates
4. You like my cat
5. You are ok with a shared bathroom (we are all freelancers there is never a wait since we all work flexible schedules).
6. You like dancing, photography, weekend roomate outings a plus.
7. your drama free
8. you arent big on furniture and like open space more.
9. you want to stick around for more then 6 months.
10. you are openminded, responsible, trustworthy, and clean.
11. your not shy, you a socialite who gets along with everyone.
IF YOU SURVIVED THAT THEN...
come visit our luvly home for a walk through, we have a 5 car driveway, garage, kidney shaped pool, jacuzzi grotto, large open living room, great neighbor hood - close to everything.
Roomies include, Eden a fashion model from Portland who likes to dance and create outfits from random household objects, mathew who is a commercial photographer often transforming our living room into a photoset... (if your photo-shy this isn't the house for you), then there's me, I'm Perish I'm 31, an alternative fashion model by night / architect by day. I live a double life and hardly sleep... the house is more suited for those who are night people or someone who can sleep through anything.
COSTS: RENT IS 650.00 A MONTH / DEPOSIT REQUIRED: 1000.00 CREDIT CHECK NOT NEEDED WITH THIS DEPOSIT.
LASTLY, send me your myspace it saves me alot of time in getting to know you.
