Looking for female roommate to share our creative and soulful living space. Beautiful, well-maintained 1920's apt. Spacious (2,700 sq.ft) 3 bed/2 bath. Centrally located in a safe, quiet neighborhood near Olympic and La Brea. Plenty of street parking. Hardwood floors. Washer/dryer. Wood-burning fireplace. We are two creative women...intelligent, imaginative, thoughtful, and playful. Free-spirited but totally responsible. We'd strongly prefer someone who fits this description as well. We have 3 cats, so we unfortunately can't accept any more pets. $833/month +utilities + deposit. Available January 1st.
