Assets consist primarily of producing and non-producing crude oil reserves located in the Los Angeles Basin in California,the Wind River and Big Horn Basins in central Wyoming, and the Permian Basin of West Texas, and the Sunniland Trend in Florida, which are mature producing regions with well known geologic characteristics.
*Handle all prepaid accounting transactions
*Follow established procedures for accounts receivable accounting
*Monitor all AFE accounting
*Perform related reconciliations, including bank reconciliations
Experience Level:
4 Years
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience) ; some work towards CPA certification a plus
-2+ years accounting experience
-Previous public accounting and/or energy company experience preferred
-strong analytical skills
-Accuracy, compliance with established procedures critical
