SO AM I! Lets collaborate and grab one, im prospecting several spots and im seeking warehousemates who are basically stable and have some way they could bring the space to life.
If youre not into the post then please *dont flag as i have a tight window of opportunity to grab these spaces.
Everyone can break down the rent on spaces ive seen around 3500ft for around $2000 (for example) and then make the space pay for itself with Parties, massage/yoga studio, classes, offices or whatever works.
My name is robert and i can contribute my chunk properly so lets link up and grab a warehouse. Im an artist, non-profiteer, and entrepreneur when im not tutoring.
