Assist in screening proposed transactions, preparing initial quotes, complete the investment analysis and present the credit request.
Assist in the negotiation and structuring of transactions.
Underwrite credit requests including the preparation of credit memorandums in conformity with policies.
Work closely with sales throughout the entire transaction process.
Assist in the review and negotiation of loan documents in tandem with inside/outside counsel.
Assure the data integrity of the loan and customer information database.
Historical and projected financial statement modeling and analysis.
Mentor Credit Analysts and Junior Associates
Qualifications:
3 - 7 years credit underwriting experience, preferably in a major money center or regional bank environment.
Possess a combination of strong analytical, interpersonal and written communications skills.
Strong computer skills.
Self motivated, with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
Team player.
Leveraged finance modeling and analytical skills
An undergraduate degree required.
