Hi! I have a very cute, single studio in Venice Beach that I am looking to rent to a female or very mellow couple for this upcoming August 22nd to Sept 1st. I will only charge you $400 for the time I'm gone or $40.00 per day. The place is clean, sunny, artsy, 4 blocks from the beach, near great shopping and cafes in the Abbot Kinney area.
