Position Accountabilities:
1. Handles the drafting of derivatives documentation which may include ISDAs, trade confirmations, suitability forms, corporate resolutions, credit review memorandums, novation agreements, etc. Performs follow-up with Relationships Managers and maintains tracking reports to ensure timely receipt of all documentation.
2. Prepares periodic derivative self-assessment reports to ensure compliance with Division Policy.
3. Prepares and sends month end derivative mark-to-market customer statements.
4. Prepares quarterly gratuity logs sent to Division traders.
Job Specifications:
Required Education or Equivalent Experience
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education or Equivalent Experience
- Audit or accounting background
Degree in Accounting or Finance
Required Experience
- 2-3 years banking and/or compliance
