We're leaving the surfside funk of Venice for the pristine paradise of a woodsy Topanga retreat...
...and we want YOU to join us in our mountaintop retreat!
The house has everything:
Topanga Artist Retreat Built In 1930. 3 Bedrooms, Nice Big Kitchen, 2 Living rooms (with pool table that may stay or go), 2 Baths (tiled jacuzzi tub w/jets and multi shower heads), Sleeping Loft, Two Wood Burning Pot-Belly Fire-Stoves, Outdoor Hot Tub and Covered Deck, Solar Panels, Tankless Water Heater. Wi-Fi. Flat Grassy Yard and Veggie Garden. Close Proximity To Trails And Parkland.
Currently, it's just me and my girlfriend. We're moving in Novermber 1st.
We're looking for people able to pay $800-1200, able to move in any time between Nov 1 and Dec 1. Short-term roomies OK.
Please be tidy, open-minded, flexible, creative, eco-friendly, community-oriented, positive, chill and wild: we like to party now and then...when we're not meditating... ;)
