Looking for young (Mid 20ish – Mid 30ish), creative, professional, responsible yet fun like-minded individuals to rent out rooms in amazing house minutes from everything. Ideally you are also into spiritual (not woo-woo & crystals) realms/practices or at least accepting of it if not actually practicing yourself. You must be willing to responsible enough to clean up after yourself and yet open to letting go and having a good time. I’m looking to create a chill vibe at the house where the vast majority of the time it is quite and relaxing with the occasional responsible get-together. No smoking, no heavy drinking (i.e. – the occasional few beers or glasses of wine are fine), no drugs, no pets, no wild parties, no random people living here for extended periods of time. It will be best if you work from outside the home with a somewhat regular schedule as I will be home a decent amount & working from home some of the time.
House:
Beautiful & quaint remodeled 4 BD 2 BTH house located in private, safe, neighborhood at the top of Mt. Washington, minutes from Downtown, Silverlake, Hollywood, Los Feliz, etc. The house is an amazing place to wind down, recharge and de-stress from the rigorous of life. Ready to move into immediately!
Rooms: Includes ALL UTILITIES
1. $1050: amazing room with lots of windows & sun with private balcony
2. $875: great room with closet & access to cat walk
3. $875: great room with closet & access to cat walk
*Each room is for 1 person only. I would consider a couple renting out 1 room to sleep in and renting out 1 room as an office.
*To move in you must pass a credit check that you pay for ($35) sign a 1-year lease.
*To move in you must pay 1st months rent + a deposit equal to your monthly rent (EX. - $1050 Rent = $1050 Deposit) Rent will be prorated to the day you move in.
Rent includes EVERYTHING! No need to worry about figuring out utilities each month or who’s going to clean the bathroom!
- Maid service.
- Gardner/spa.
- Water/Trash/Electric/Gas.
- Wireless Internet.
- Cable TV (depending on who moves in…I’d prefer not to have TV but if majority want it then we’ll get it).
House includes following amenities:
- Spa & wet bar with bbq.
- Huge deck with absolute privacy, nice views, shade, trees, nature, etc great for relaxing or entertaining.
- Redone hardwood floors throughout house.
- Washer & dryer.
- Fridge, microwave, stove.
- Street parking with no restrictions or street sweeping.
- Is a great sanctuary that is close to everything.

- 30 year old straight male.
- Mellow, easy going, accessable & sometimes reclusive but also likes to have fun.
- Developing photo biz while studying massage therapy.
- Well educated (Grad school) & well traveled.
- Deeply spiritual but not at all religious.
- Spend most of my time cultivating myself through various body/mind/spirit disciplines (yoga, martial arts, meditation, retreats, etc).
- Into creative realms & artsy fartsy stuff, vintage, indie, good cinema, etc. but not a scenster by any means.
