Echo Park Room

Hi there, I am leaving behind my home in Echo Park for greener pastures (ie. a perfect cottage near the beach). I will be passing on potential roommates to the people who live in the house already. We all met through burning man originally. They are one man and one woman who act younger than their 35 and 40 years and one small cat that hides all the time. Pets might be considered but you have to ask the landlord. I paid 650 for the desposit so I'm guessing that it is the same for you. The space feels loftlike and has a nice space of entertaining and cooking downstairs.
