We are looking for one or two people who are interested in joining forces to transform a large two story Victorian house that used to be a real estate office, into a thriving permaculture creative space to work in and interact in a possitive fashion with the community. We are painting this week and will be starting the gardening and setting up shop the following one. This commercially zoned property features a recycled material store[ vintage clothing and other hand made products. ] in front in which you may sell your wares, a little event/art gallery space that you can hold your own private events and or classes, a separate work space for costuming, sewing and such that you may work in, a library, a film editing office, a large garden, a HUGE private parking lot and hopefully a chicken coop.
We [four of us] consist of activists, event producers, musicians, performers, designer stylists, film editors, wanna be farmers, mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers who are all about respecting the Earth, animals and our bodies. We are gearing up to defend cultures who are one with the Earth and being adversely affected by our consumptive habits and promoting permaculture and human rights such as affordable housing.
We intend on streaming Yippie esc political performance art, showing movies, having craft and plant sales, art openings, small groovy band performances, film movies and photo shoots and hold classes...the possitive possibilities are endless!
Who we are looking for idealy are collaborative designers and dabblers that want to rock the store, sew, create art, likes to garden and live healthy. In a perfect world...you would be a computer genius, a photographer, a performer, enjoys cultural events and or kooky thematic happenings. We are down on destructive behaivior such as excessive drinking and [unnatural] drug use...cuz lifes to short to snort. Drugs are for ritual use not habitual use only.
HOW MUCH do you say? Well, if we can find two easy going, peace loving people, it would be $250 each.
We are going to take all the proceeds from event sales and farming towards rent with the intent on expanding and all making a living. We have to get a credit card machine, a register, racks and such still. We just signed the lease last week. Two people and one seven year old boy named Jude will be living there up stairs and the Film editor/performer will be living in a cute 60's bus conversion on the side of the house which max's us out in the live/work dept. The $250 entitles you to full use of the facility and a cast and crew of affectionate enthusiasts.

We need to find the two qualified individuals that has $500 towards the first months rent and deposite by the 15TH of March.
I repeat ... this place is a fertile place to farm ALL of your dreams and idea's...we will all work together in harmony to make it happen in style at ....
