The rent is 2400 ( so you are getting a really amazing deal!) but, I am giving a break because, I recently had someone to rent it but, they got laid off last this week and I need to fill the room. I basically broke out the math and it isn’t worth it to me to leave it unrented for a month.
I need the person who is renting to stay 6 months at the very least.

I work 9-5 and I travel most weekends as my girl lives in Seattle. I am not around much and when I am in town I am usually at home chilling and catching up on work. I am clothing designer for a living.
I know the whole finding a house to live adventure totally sucks and I get where the world is at right now.
So I want someone who is cool and easy to get along with. If you want a great place to live in the best place to live in LA, just a hop skip and a jump from the beach to play in your free time. Then you have just found the perfect place.
I don’t hugely want to waste time either, in back and forth formalities. My contact info is in the pictures.
