Looking for a vacation house to rent for 2 to 3 nights for the purpose of entertaining / having a party.
This would be a calm relaxing event not loud or wild. Probably A weekend of "the girls" getting together for some relaxation and fun / or may have a family BBQ one day.
Would prefer a house with plenty of nearby street parking / public parking, a large back yard, 3+ bedrooms. But I am flexible - if the offer is good I will try to work with it.
Price range of around $200 / night.
I may be open to "renting" a place where the owner occupies and will "host" the party - just for a party / event - if the price is right and they are willing.
I may be interested in holding several events if it works out.
I am also open to the idea of renting out a "community center" in a complex or community , or an empty warehouse, or a creative space … like I said I am flexible. Any ideas?
