I am about to move into a great house in Venice (on Rose just east of Lincoln) and I need two great people to share it with.
The Place:
It is a three bedroom house with a front and back yard. jacuzzi. two dogs. weekly maid service!
it is next to a park and a golf course. bike ride to the beach and abbott kinney. and waiting to be personalized.
The Situation:
Lynn is a photographer. She bought the house with some friends back in 2000. She rents mostly to friends but happens to have all three bedrooms open now. She lives in the back house (part garage with storage for everyone. part office. and part apartment for her).
I am a social worker and after traveling for a couple of years got back to LA. I have been living in a house in venice but have been looking for the next place. I felt immediately comfortable at this new house and am excited to move in.
I have chosen one of the bedrooms but there are two more. One is for $800 and one is for $900. Utilities are about $100 per person per month and that includes the weekly maid and weekly gardener.
