My landlord has one vacant room in our house. I just moved there 3 days ago. It's an old house but it has a really nice vibe. Trader joe's is right on the corner and it has a backyard that needs a little work but pretty nice.
I am a Portuguese teacher, work in events and in a office.
My roommate is a screenwriter.
The guy in the guest house is a chef.
We like watching movies but don't care about TV. Preferably non-smokers.
We are looking for somebody that fits in and even better, that cares about recycling.
The room is really huge and it has a big bathroom with shower and spa.
Please no more dogs. We have 2 small ones and the guest house has another.
$950 plus $950 deposit, utilities included.
