Major Responsibilities:
Has primary responsibility for all credit-related matters, including (i) monitoring of borrower financial performance and covenants and (ii) identification of risk factors and determination of appropriate risk grade.
Is typically primary point of contact for Credit Administration, and may be delegated as point of contact for Credit Examination for individual borrowers.
Calls on clients as appropriate, in coordination with Relationship Officers.
Maintains credit files, with responsibility for completeness and organization, and is responsible for responding to queries from examiners.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
Credit trained. Graduate degree or equivalent, preferred.. Proven organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Knowledge and experience in commercial banking practices. Demonstrated quantitative skills. Familiarity with Excel and Word. Preferred Skills:
Experience in non-recourse project finance, utility, or other energy lending. Agency and workout experience a strong plus.
