The Investment Group Assistant provides administrative support to two Research Analysts. Administrative duties include scheduling meetings, maintaining electronic calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports, providing phone support, filing, and sorting incoming mail, as well as the possibility of some personal work. Other responsibilities include maintaining and generating spreadsheets and gathering information from data sources and other duties as identified.

Hiring criteria
At least two years of administrative experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel and electronic services)
Financial services industry experience a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
