Free Intro to Poi, Staff & Hoop!

Curious about learning how to fire dance? Wondering which tool to start with? Want to meet some great people and learn something you never imagined you would try? We invite you to come down to our studio to see what it's all about. In this fun class you'll get a preview of what we will cover in the 6 week Poi, Staff and Hoop Groove Basics courses, be inspired by a rockin' performance, learn a few basic moves in each tool, and go over some important tips to getting started. Bring a friend and come on down! No need to RSVP.

New Fire Dancing Classes Start May 19th
Fire Groove will be offering their next 6 week session of classes in poi, staff and hoop in mid-May. Spinning is the perfect way to tone your body while reducing stress and having fun! These classes combine aspects of martial arts with dance and yoga to bring a sense of balance and strength to your body and life. Mark your calendars...Starting Sunday, June 29th ~ 12:00 - 3:00pm ~ this will be held the last Sunday of every month!
Runyon Canyon ~ We'll be in the fenced off grassy area at the base of the park. Enter on Fuller.
Bring your poi, staff, hoop, drum or guitar and join us in the park. All levels are welcome!
