Looking for westside sublet for the months of april or may until august or possibly october. Venice, Santa Monica, Mar Vista, MDR, preferred. I am a DJ and come with music gear that can fit easily into my room, and will likely make a little noise from time to time. I work full time during the day, and am often busy with music while home.
I can pay up to 700 a month + utilities, but would prefer something much less expensive.
