The room is approx 11 x 12, nice windows to back patio, 2 closets.
We'd like someone clean who pays the rent on time. Other than that, we're pretty laid back. The house is set way back from the street, pretty quiet but close to freeway access. Near Deb's Park for hiking, Highland Theatre & Antigua Coffee.
