Hello fellow Tribers! I am looking for a place to call home where I can be open and artistic. I am looking for a place w/ roomate/s or I'd be very happy with a studio or guest house. Preferably Westside LA but right now I can't really be too picky.
I am a music producer/DJ/audio engineer and do some freelance work from home and other work outside of the house. I do drink and smoke but prefer to smoke outside. I enjoy being social so would like to occasionally have friends over. Also 420 friendly. =D I don't need a large room. Enough room for my bed and a small music studio will do just fine. Internet is a necessity. I do like to play/write music loudly sometimes but am always respectful of neighbors and others in my living space. I also use headphones late at night. I like to keep my surroundings as clean as possible but I am not anal about it. As of now, I'd like to spend no more than 700-800 a month. I am looking for like-minded, artistic roomate/s, preferably burners or people that like beats. I am NOT a vegetarian, so that would need to be okay with any potential roommates.
