Hey Everyone -
My roommate is moving to Seattle, so I'm looking for someone to share my uber-cool little place. If you're looking for a place or know of someone who is, let them know!
So here's the scoop. A cool, quaint apartment in Culver City, 5 minutes from town center and 20 minutes from Santa Monica and the beach. Nice wooden floors, one parking space (shared), garage, gas heating, gas oven/range, washer/dryer, walk-in closet (in your bedroom), countertop dishwasher, satellite TV, and wireless internet. Bath and shower. Bedroom is furnished with a bed that we can take out if you already have one. Kitchen includes some good appliances (electric grill, toaster, blender, microwave, utensils) and the living room is nicely furnished with a comfy couch, love seat, and big-screen TV. I also have a desk in the living room where I do most my work (I work at home when I'm not on location making music videos or commercials). Tons of close street parking. I have a cat, if you do too then they would most likely eventually get along (you know cats). No dogs. The complex is safe and clean and the landlord is cool. Neighbors are great. Theres a Ralphs, Target, Bagel Deli, Indian Restaurant, Sushi Restaurant and a Post Office all literally within walking distance. Trader Joe's, cool wine bars, Farmer's Market and an arts district is a 5-minute drive.
Im a happy, artistic, fun and relaxed person. A bit of a night-owl. I like to go to events and parties and to explore LA. I've been going to The Burning Man festival since 2000. Strive to be drama-free. I'm social and like to have friends over to hang out, but not to the point it gets annoying (no extended couch surfers).
The room will be available starting June 1st. I'm flexible with the move-in date. You'd be responsible for $725 on the first day of each month, plus extra for utilities (gas, electricity, satellite TV and Internet - usually between $50 - $75 a month). Your move-in total will be first month's rent plus a $725 deposit which you will get back as long as we make sure the apartment stays in good shape.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.
