Unfortunately, my roommate who I share a loft with needs more space for herself, so I have to look for a new loft to share. I currently live in The Brewery Artist Colony and LOVE it. If I cannot find a new place within the Brewery I would at least like to stay in the same area (Downtown/Lincoln Heights/Boyle Heights/Little Tokyo/Chinatown). I don’t need granite countertops and central heating and don’t mind if the living space looks relatively industrial and raw. I’m not an artist but like to have some space for creative activities like dancing/hooping and sewing. I would like to live with people who are nice, respectful and clean and I would love to help to make the place that we share look awesome.
