Will be responsible for the collection of all due diligence items, working with counsel for preparation of documentation, loan closing and general loan administration. Duties will include working with relationship managers, legal counsel, title companies and syndicate bank members and agents. Will be responsible for ensuring loans are compliant with bank policy and federal regulations. Participates in the development and implementation of medium to long range production changes. Directs implementation of multiple/major projects. Utilizes a high degree of independence in solving problems and making decisions
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of operations experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum of five years in commercial real estate loan administration.
