Hey there perfect roomate, or friend of perfect roomate who will forward this on,
Christian and I live in a 2bed 1bath apartment in Mar Vista (between Venice and Culver City, at Inglewood blvd and Venice blvd.) We have converted our living room to a charming bedroom (furnished, and with asian divider screens, it's awesome!). Christian works at M-Audio by day, and is a music producer and DJ by night. I teach music lessons by day, and also produce music at night. I am also a personal chef and I often cook dinner for us and our neighbor. You could get in on that action. Did I mention some of the food comes from our vegetable, herb, and medicinal plant gardens grown right downstairs?!?! This is not a party pad but we are 420 friendly and have a unique location where we can play our phat beatz pretty loud sometimes, and we like to, sometimes. We need a respectful, responsible roomate who will appreciate this space beyond the cheap rent and location. We love free spirited creative types (responsible ones), and we think a visual artist of some kind might balance us out.
All of this for only $400/month. Month-to-month (so we will also consider long term sublet). No security deposit. Just $400 when you move in. Split the utilities with us. Available beginning March 1st. Too good to be true? Not for the right person. Where are you dreammate?
