Our client is looking for a pre-MBA Analyst with at least two years of M&A deal experience working at a middle market or bulge bracket investment bank or top tier consulting firm. Analysts will typically work on lean, three-person deal teams and will get involved in deal execution. Analyst candidates must therefore demonstrate excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as on a team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-Research industries or acquisition targets
-Assist in financial modeling and analysis of acquisition targets
-Assist in due diligence
-Assist in writing investment memoranda
