This is a really really big canvas cabin tent. I think it's like 20'x30', and includes roll-up side walls and a rain-fly. It's made for permanent installation with a wood frame and floor, but could probably be Playaized by a creative carpenter.
It's never been used and I paid $600.00 for it from someone who bought it for a lot more than that. It's been in a storage shed so needs some cleaning up. Has a place for a wood stove chimney.
Will take any reasonable offer, plus you have to come and get it in Topanga Canyon.
