We are seeking an awesome new flatmate for our home and studio in Mid City L.A. approximately one mile east of the Culver City Arts district. We are centrally located, just a fifteen minute drive from L.A.X, Hollywood, Downtown and Santa Monica.
Our new flatmate (you?) will be renting a room in a 3,800 sq ft, two story residential/commercial building. Share a common living room, foyer, kitchen, bathroom (bathroom has both a shower and a tub), small backyard, washer, dryer and access to art studio. In regards to the studio you must be tolerant of power tool noise and occasional party or art shows and keep your stuff in check.
If you want to live around other creative people in their twenties and thirties, in an alternative space this is it.
Rent: $750 *including utilities.* (Utils included: Gas, Electric, Water, sewage, disposal.) Cable internet is another $10.
The lease is month-to-month.
