Hello My Los Angeles people. And potential Los Angeles people. I'm looking to sub-let open room and bathroom in my spacious 3 bedroom apartment. (yep I used the word "spacious" and it's true) The room has hardwood floors and is unfurnished (so you gotta bring your own stuff). Utilities are included plus wireless internet, cable and your own parking space. Shared storage/office room available and the building has washer and dryer.
Walking distance from the Grove shopping center and many many great restaurants. Pets are OK. Price is possibly negotiable. Looking to sublet for three months or so at $1000 a month. Who am I? Well I am an easygoing thirtysomething male writer/producer that works late/ odd hours and I'd like to know more about you.
