The apartment: 2nd floor (top floor), receives lots of light, windows facing NSEW, 2bedrooms, 1bathroom, kitchen, dining/eating area, large living room, lots of closet space, carpeted
The complex: gated, washer/dryer on site, outdoor swimming pool, gardens, one covered parking space avail (other roommate parks on the street), friendly neighbors
Neighborhood: walking distance to parks, coffee shops, library, bus stops, lots of restaurants and shopping amenities, near Whole Foods, entrances to 10 and 405 freeways within 5-10 minute drives
Who you'd be living with: I'm a creative spirit, focusing on acting, writing, some visual art, moved to LA two years ago from NYC, enjoy the ocean, yoga, bike-riding, hiking, tennis, music, etc. etc
I value direct, open communication and a mutual respect for space.
