I am moving out of a wonderful house in Topanga and looking for a new roommate to take my place. The room that is available is a good size, beautiful wooden floors, organic paint, has a private entrance, and is right next to the master bathroom that has a huge tub. The house has 3 Bedrooms, Nice Big Kitchen, 2 Baths , Sleeping Loft, Two Wood Burning Pot-Belly Fire-Stoves, Outdoor Hot Tub and Covered Deck, Solar Panels, Tankless Water Heater. Wi-Fi. Flat Grassy Yard and Veggie Garden. Close Proximity To Trails And Parkland. I am sad to leave but i am going back to school and have to cut my budget in half. The move in is first, last and a deposit of $500. So the total move in is $2,300. the move in date is whatever works out for the right person, preferably before Feb 1st.
