** total of 6-7 humans, 2 cats, 1 dog
** perfect spot for A) people more seriously into intentional / creative lifestyle, permaculture, activism, etc. B) traveller interested in a convenient, fun place by the beach for just a few months
** not dogmatic about food - some denizens eat meat in the house
