I am working with a company that is developing customer support/technical support automation software. We are looking for someone with experience (preferably managerial level) in customer support/technical support for an ISP or cable company to help us understand the typical practices and procedures and needs of companies in this industry.
If you have several years of experience in this field and are very knowledgeable about customer/technical support processes, procedures issues, etc., we would like to pick your brain. We only need a few hours of your time. We can pay you by the hour, and we will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with you. If you are not in the LA area, we may be able to work with you over the phone.
We are only looking for people from cable companies and/or ISPs or telecom companies, not general PC tech support or any other industry at this time.
