Dear Burners,
I am a long-time Burner who is looking for fellow artists to share an approximately
6,000-square-foot warehouse in Long Beach, California. The space is in a very raw,
somewhat neglected condition, but with a little love and elbow grease could be an
awesome workspace for your Burning Man project.
The space is an older brick building (1940s?) with three roll-up doors, skylights,
some large windows, high ceilings, exposed wooden trusses, and concrete floor. At
this stage it is zoned for work-only, no live-in. The owner would like to collect
$3,000/month rent (approximately .50/sq. ft.). Utilities would be paid for by the tenants.
I am looking for dependable, financially stable partners who need a place to make art and who would like to share
this space with me. If you are interested, please contact me for details.
Thank you,
Jeff
