As for me, I am a social worker and actress in my early 30's. I'm relaxed, live healthy and things are clean and quiet though I host the occasional gathering and love to have fun! I basically work M-F and in the evenings I am usually at yoga or acting class, sometimes work or seeing friends. I do have a cat, Milo, who is very friendly and well picked up after.
My roommate who is moving will take the couches, the dining room table and her bedroom furniture, so it will be partly furnished.
If you've never considered this neighborhood, it's one of the last really nice, safe, affordable areas with a lot of parking, and central to ALL of Los Angeles. Three years ago, I was finally convinced to move away from the beach and I'm so glad I did!
