2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a 1920's fourplex,
mostly furnished. We're on the ground floor on a
charming cul de sac street. Entire building has been
completely remodeled. Hardwood floors throughout.
There is a laundry room with our own washer & dryer. Lot's of windows and
light. The kitchen is very large, lot's of cabinets
and counter space, brand new appliances, gas range.
The bedroom is unfurnished, medium sized with a
closet, roughly 9.3x10.8, then there is about 3x2
extra space behind the bedroom door, two windows, ceiling fan, with tall
ceilings throughout.
Share utilities & DSL, cable with HBO & Showtime.
There is plenty of street parking.
I've felt very safe in this neighborhood. There are
many beautifully restored homes in the neighborhood.
Deposit is $800.
