Seeking a gardener/landscaper

I am looking for someone who can come out and tend to my new garden maybe twice a month, maybe more depending on the need.
The ideal candidate needs to be a responsible, self-motivated worker who really enjoys what they do, and wants to be a part of planting and maintaining the garden from the ground up, literally. :-)
I would ideally like to be able to budget a specific amount monthly, and I am open to discuss what rate that would be. I have not hired a gardener before, and I am in the process of planting my garden. I have a landscape designer I have been working with, so whomever I hire to fill this job would be in a great position to work with me and the designer from the beginning in planting this incredible sacred garden.
