You have to see my apt. It's HUGE and beautiful and I would hate to give it up. My roommate is moving to the beach.
AUGUST 1st!
Amazing apt. near Olympic and LaBrea.
-Large (1,100 sq.ft), 2br/1ba, in upper unit of four-plex.
-Cable/phone/electric/gas bills are shared.
-Washer/dryer in unit.
-Lots of closet space.
-All wood floors, arches, mantel.
-Bright and open space. Great light all day long.
-Nice street w/ ample parking and a garage in the back!
-5 minutes to the Grove; 15 min to Hollywood, Downtown; 20 min to Santa Monica.
-The bedrooms are in the back of the apt, down a long hallway - great for privacy.
-Great landlord - very responsive.
-Non-smokers only.
As for me, I am a female professional in my early 30's. I'm relaxed, healthy and things are clean and quiet though I host the occasional gathering. I basically work M-F and in the evenings I am usually at yoga or acting class, sometimes work or seeing friends. I do have a cat, Milo, who is very friendly and well picked up after.
