The Service Officer manages client expectations immediately upon the client's arrival to the Financial Center. Establish and maintain clear, consistent leadership and communication processes on all service matters. Be highly alert to cross-sell opportunities identified by assessing client needs and referring them to appropriate product specialists. Articulate policies/procedures to current and prospective clients. Coordinate traffic flows to promote appropriate client solutions and overall client satisfaction.
Specifications / Qualifications :
Demonstrated sales and service experience in client contact/service environment. Proven track record in analyzing issues and creative problem-solving. Working knowledge of routine financial service transactions. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential. Notary Public certification desired, or may be obtained once in position. BA/BS in Business preferred
