The Essence of Bamboo
A workshop for women to awaken and embody our inner power and grace through expressive healing arts.
I am coming up to the States, to L.A area for a couple of weeks.
Please join me for this one-day journey on my friend's land in Topanga.
Come and join us in the dance, the celebration, the release and discovery.
It has been a long time since i have taught in Los Angeles area.....and I hope to do more of it.....please pass this on to anyone you think would be interested.

Let us open ourselves to receive the vital creative life force that naturally wants to move through us.
Using expressive movement, yoga, templeBody dance, drawing and creative writing we will connect with the essence and qualities of Bamboo through first hand experience:
Strength, integrity, flexibility, rooted-ness, ability to withstand adversity, filled with spirit, life-force and grace.
No movement or arts experience necessary to join.
