I"m going south for the summer, so I'm looking for a good person to sublet my secluded, private, and slightly rustic Topanga Canyon Cottage. It's located in a true forest with a lot of creatures around, and it's off the main road so noise isn't a big issue.
It's ideal for someone who needs/wants a retreat from civilization while still being only 20 minutes from the city. I only ask that you treat the place with respect and water the plants and feed the fish.
It comes fully furnished, including kitchen stuff if you need that. All you need to supply are sheets, towels, and personal items.
:The time period is from May 1 to July 31, maybe a week or two longer.
Rent is 1300 a month plus gas and super high speed FIOS internet. So around another 125 a month for that.
